Ria van Els -Dubelaar
is a teacher of textile art, who also lectures and writes for trade journals.

She has published a book on silk, Zijde : Stof tot verven, (Cantecleer 1991, ISBN 90 213 0964 5). She gives workshops and master classes on the use of silk, collaborating with colleagues from the Netherlands, Japan, the Russian Federation and other European countries. In 1982, together with Agnes Dubelaar, she set up Zijdar , a business specialising in silk, in Franeker, the Netherlands.
